As I am not getting paid for this, please consider not abusing the system. I'm going to be sharing how much all of this is costing me on Twitter and building additional features to make it more sustainable.
Here are some things I am thinking about in the near future:
- Accounts Ability to create accounts and save your itineraries. Eventually share and collaborate.
- Caching. The API is currently not cached. For each location + points of interest combination it would be nice not to hit the API every time. Should have probably implemented right away but YOLO.
- Payments (Crypto?) Depending on how much this is going to run me, I am thinking of introducing a pay wall for maybe the map generation feature. Potentially have the ability for the payments to be in crypto.
